With the expansion of the village the need for additional playground equipment was highlighted at public meetings.
Create a brand new play area on a green field site that would provide playground equipment for a wide age range and would blend into the surrounding country side.
After Action Play & Leisure were chosen as the preferred contractor consultation with the local school and community began.
After which we supplied three proposals offering a wide variety of playground equipment for all ages.
Various items were chosen from the three proposals and a final playground design was presented and accepted, so work could get started.
Phase 1 included the Lavenham 5 climbing frame, flat and nest swing 10 and timber aerial runway, whilst phase 2 included the Waxham 7 toddler play tower , a toddler swing 4 and a shop front play panel.
