An outdoor stationary bike is an excellent exercise for children. As with traditional bike riding it is a great cardio vascular exercise. It is also great for improving a child’s ability to ride a bicycle.

Instructions for use: Sit on the saddle grasp the handles and pedal.

Exercise difficulty: Easy

Description: Stepper

Alternating weight shifting from one foot to the other helps to improve a sense of balance and better understand the centre of body mass.  Handles make the position stable which allows to play safely.
Instructions for use: Grasp the handles and step up and down on the foot rests.
