Chest Press & Pull Down

This Chest Press & Pull Down outdoor gym machine is great for developing upper body strength and muscle definition.

Please note this equipment is designed for teenagers or adults.  We also have outdoor gym equipment for children aged 5 and over

Directions for use :

SUSPENSION WHILE SEATING : Take a seat. Lean back and grasp both bars with your hands. Squeeze the bars away from you and return to the starting position.

UPPER PULLER : Sit steadily (face or back to the fixture) and grasp the handle. Pull the handles against your body and back to your almost straightened elbows. You can use the handles in different body positions to diversify the exercise.
