Dip Bars with Adjustable Height

The dip bars with adjustable height are designed to be incorporated into out Street Workout Callisthenics Fitness Range.

These adjustable bars have 3 massive benefits over conventional parallel bars:

• Firstly, many exercises on parallel bars (like “Dips”) assume the people doing the exercises are average heights.  For very short or very tall people these may not be suitable.  With adjustable height settings the bars can be set at the ideal height.
• Secondly, when people are starting out, many callisthenics exercises are very difficult.  With adjustable height the user can set the height so that they can support some of their weight with their feet.  This makes the exercise much easier and allows the new trainer to get accustomed to the exercise gradually.
• Finally, these adjustable bars are incredibly space efficient – their “footprint” is tiny, so in areas where space is an issue these bars are great
