Horizontal ladders are great for Street Workout type exercises. Not only are they great for all the pull up and upper body type exercises but they can also be used for developing the core strength needed for exercises like Front Levers.
Please note this steel horizontal ladder is 2.1m wide (that’s a lot wider than it looks in the image above).
