Low Dip Bars | Parallel Bars

Our low bars are designed for Callisthenics exercises like “dips”.  These dip exercises use your bodyweight for exercising and are ideal as part of a circuit of Street Workout Callisthenics exercises.   The muscle groups that are exercised are mostly in the arms (triceps), chest, shoulders and back.

Add these parallel bars to one of our existing Street Workout Callisthenics sets or design your own outdoor gym.  As with all Callisthenics exercises its easy to make the exercises easier or more difficult by adjusting your weight.  So if the exercises are too easy for your group then people can wear a weighted vest for more challenge.   Conversely, when you are learning the dip exercises, you can place a block under your feet so you can take some weight off, making the exercises easier.
