Outdoor Fitness Centre – 2

Our 3rd Wooden Outdoor Fitness Centre features great callisthenics* or street workout type exercises into a small footprint.  We have designed this unit to try and bring some extra fun into this exercise unit as well as making it more accessible to people who are only just starting to build their strength and fitness.

We can adapt this unit for younger people (under 12).  Please contact us for more information.

Ideally this unit is suited to teenagers and adults, so would be great in a secondary school, college, workplace or public park.  This unit is ideal for 6 people to use at once (as exercises like “chin-ups” and “dips” are ideally suited to one person exercising and one resting).  Please note we also have our original  Outdoor Fitness Centre and a Compact Outdoor Fitness centre.

All Our Outdoor Fitness Centre combines well with items like rubber stepping posts, sit-up benches, hurdles and log stacks  to create an outdoor fitness area for 15 to 30 young people or adults. We also have a great range of outdoor gym equipment that are discounted when grouped into sets like out Outdoor gym set 1A and Outdoor gym set 2A

*Calisthenics or “street workout” are gymnastic exercises for the whole body, typically involving using a person’s bodyweight for exercise. They are great for core strength, fitness and improving whole body movements. See Wikipedia article on Calisthenics
