Ski Trainer and Twister

Training effect: Outdoor gym equipment for effective training.

TWISTER: Place both legs on your feet, grasp the handle with your hands, then make a steady left and right motion with your hips.

SKI Trainer: Exercises the hip muscles. Supports the activity of the hip joints and the lumbar spine. It exercises the sense of balance and affects the abdominal and back muscles.

Directions for use:

PENDULUM : Grasp the handles firmly and place both legs on the feet. Move your legs to the right and left by making the pendulum motion,

TWISTER : Grasp the handles with your hands, take the place on the feet with both legs, and then make a steady movement with your hips from right to left and back,
