Street Workout Callisthenics – Set 1

The Street Workout Callisthenics – Set 1 has a great set of exercises that can extend the fittest people as well as being accessible to those of us who are not so fit!

Callisthenics are exercises that use bodyweight to improve strength, fitness and flexibility.  Exercises such as press ups (or push ups), squats and sit ups are perhaps the most famous.  Our Street Workout Set 1 (at the moment we have 8 sets to choose from) take the principles of these exercises further with pull-ups (or chin ups) using different hand grips like a sideways hammer grip to go along with more conventional barbell grip to enable training more muscle groups as well as dip bars, monkey bars, trapeze rings, vertical ladder, battle ropes and more.  We estimate 12 people can use this simultaneously – making it ideal for 20 – 30 adults to use together as even the fittest people need regular breaks from some of these really tough exercises.

Our fitness experts have also highlighted that bringing your own simple accessories make customising your workouts easy.  For example, bringing a weight vest if pull ups are too easy for you, or bringing an exercise band, so you can give yourself some assistance if pull ups are too hard.
