Description: Tai Chi Wheels
Regular exercises have a positive influence on improving the motor skills of upper parts of a child’s body.
A forced vertical position helps to form a correct posture which is a motor skill (that is worth remembering).
Instructions for use:
Place both hands on the discs. Rotate left and right alternately. The speed of
movement and the duration of the exercise should be dependent on an individuals fitness.
