Why Action Play & Leisure?

We design, manufacture and install much of our playground equipment – this means we can easily and cheaply adapt our playground equipment to meet your needs, fit your available space and compliment the environment. Having our own internal installation teams means you can be confident our staff will install your playground equipment properly.

All Action Play & Leisure’s playground equipment is designed to meet with the European Safety Standard for Playground Equipment – EN1176 and have robust guarantees to give you peace of mind.

We design our own wooden fitness equipment (like our popular Fitness Centre, Fitness Centre 2 and Compact Fitness Centre) and supplement these with high quality EU manufactured fitness equipment. Adult gym equipment is specified in terms of safety by user height and weight rather than age. We follow EN 16630:2015 safety standard for outdoor fitness equipment.

We are especially proud of how our own Trim Trail and Callisthenics / Fitness Centre designs offer great quality and value without compromise.

Consultation

From your initial contact with us, we arrange for one of our experienced playground advisers to visit your site. We then discuss any ideas you may have in developing your new play area, or adding to and/or refurbishing an existing area.

Our experienced playground advisors are here to listen to your requirements whether they be issues around accessibility, constraints of your proposed site or budget limitations. We then advise on the best solutions for your playground.

We design and manufacture our playground equipment in the UK. Our outdoor gym equipment is manufactured in the EU.

This enables us to offer a bespoke design service for special one-off items and the ability to adapt our designs to make the best possible use of available space.

We will help you with all your planning needs, supplying you with detailed elevations of all the adventure play equipment proposed, including any plans you may require.
